CRM and data separation

Each business is designed to operate within its own isolated data environment. Customer-to-customer data isolation is a core architectural requirement.

Ongoing support and business review

The goal is not simply to switch the systems on and leave. The packages are planned to include periodic review points so feedback can be collected and useful adjustments or improvements identified; the final cadence still needs to be decided.

Optional social-media content add-on

Selected packages will have the option to add photography and social-media content services through the collaboration with Keenest, depending on the final package structure.

Frequently asked questions

What is included in the Binex small-business solution?

The solution is designed to bring together the core systems a small business needs to manage leads, customers and communication more effectively. Confirmed planned components currently include the Binex CRM, a WhatsApp solution and a website, with additional tools and services depending on the final package.

Will there be different packages?

Yes. The current plan is to offer two package levels so businesses can choose an appropriate level of service. The exact package differences, names and pricing must be finalized before publication.

Do I have to replace the systems I already use?

Not necessarily. Before setup, we look at what you already use, what works and where unnecessary manual work or duplication exists. The goal is to simplify the operation rather than replace tools for the sake of replacing them.

Is my CRM data separated from other Binex customers?

The Binex CRM is being designed so that each business operates within its own isolated data environment. Customer-to-customer data isolation is a core architectural requirement.

Can the WhatsApp solution hand a conversation over to a person?

Yes. Automation should handle situations that are appropriate for automation while allowing cases requiring judgment or personal attention to move to a person. The exact workflow is configured around the business process.

How much does it cost?

The commercial model is planned around a setup fee plus a recurring monthly fee based on the selected package. Final pricing still needs to be approved, so no figures should be published until the packages and terms are complete.

Is there a minimum commitment?

The packages are expected to include a minimum commitment period, particularly when setup costs are spread over the term. The exact commitment and exit terms must be commercially and legally finalized and shown clearly before a customer signs up.

What happens after setup?

The goal is not simply to switch the systems on and leave. The packages are planned to include periodic review points so feedback can be collected and useful adjustments or improvements identified; the final cadence still needs to be decided.
